I’ve been coming to Sylphide since she was an at-home braider and she is amazing! She is super efficient and her work is so neat. I’ve also had my hair done by the other ladies in the shop as well and everyone does such amazing work. I always get stopped about how good my hair looks! 10/10 will always recommend her to everyone!
I do not recommend this stylist. I got a traditional sew in done it didn’t last me more than 2 days I got it done on a Saturday by Sunday thread started coming off tracks showing left and right by Monday a whole track just slipped off. Just bad experience overall. Take your money somewhere else. She’s hands down one of the best braiders I’ve been to! Super chill, professional, and quick with it. My braids came out clean and exactly how I wanted.— 10/10 recommend!
I booked a last minute appointment for a wash and blow dry. I was about 20 minutes early for the appointment but it started over an hour and fifteen minutes late since there was another Client in the chair when I arrived. I understand that those things can happen. As a customer, I would have appreciated being called beforehand and notified of this so I could adjust my day accordingly instead of sitting and waiting.
