I have come now 4 times and each time my hair is just right! I can always get an appointment, prices are really good, my hair is always started on time, and the style I ask for is always executed to perfection. I’ll be bringing my daughter now. So glad I stumbled on Sylphid!

I do not recommend this stylist. I got a traditional sew in done it didn’t last me more than 2 days I got it done on a Saturday by Sunday thread started coming off tracks showing left and right by Monday a whole track just slipped off. Just bad experience overall. Take your money somewhere else. Sylphide has done my hair for the past 3 years. She does a great job every time. Braids are always neat and never tight!
I booked a last minute appointment for a wash and blow dry. I was about 20 minutes early for the appointment but it started over an hour and fifteen minutes late since there was another Client in the chair when I arrived. I understand that those things can happen. As a customer, I would have appreciated being called beforehand and notified of this so I could adjust my day accordingly instead of sitting and waiting.
