I went for my laser session underarm and bikini. first time there. The experience was very uncomfortable. The nurse didn’t give me anything to cover myself. I literally felt so exposed and not comfortable at all. I’ve been to other places where they offer you a robe and make you feel welcome. I guess they don’t want to wasted money on towels or robes. You are paying for a good service, but the nurses clearly don’t care about clients experience.
Great service, honest and very nice staff, the new app is awesome and the rewards even better.

All of the girls at Sylmar Med Spa are super nice and friendly, especially Maria at the front desk, she’s very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered! Highly recommended!!
