My husband is active duty Navy, and when we received orders to move from Virginia to San Diego, finding the right realtor felt overwhelming until we met Sylis. From the very beginning, he took the time to support us throughout our entire home search process, even over a long timeline and across a 3-hour time difference. Excellent agent! Very knowledgeable about the San Diego market. He has been my go to agent for years and has successfully helped me buy and sell 20+ properties since 2022
I was lucky enough to be assigned Sylis, as my realtor, after I located a property online and requested a viewing. From that point on, Sylis was extremely friendly, accommodating and always positive. I loved his honesty and his “pressure free” demeanor. He set up appointments quickly and always worked around my schedule. It was a positive experience from start to finish, even when I encountered some bumps along the way. I highly recommend Sylis to anyone and everyone !
Sylis Pacheco was the listing agent for a home my buyer client purchased. Sylis was communicative, professional, and assisted in the making the entire process extremely smooth! Any hurdle was overcome with ease, and any buyer or seller would be in great hands with Sylis representing them. Great job Sylis!

I have worked with many realtors and they were not as helpful or as motivating as Sylis is. Sylis did not give up on me regardless of my credit score or what type of housing I would request to view. He always met me at the properties with a very professional and and a wonderful attitude. I just closed on my home next to a beautiful lake in San Diego. Thank... read more
