They are not honest. Buyer beware! Told me had title on his desk and would mail it that day. Its been 7 weeks and still do not have title and they will NOT return any calls. We have a sales agreement and records. We had to send in complaint to Ohio Attorney General and get another temporary tag.

Spent over 2 hours trying to pay and leave with my vehicle ! I did not browse any other vehicle I came for 1 specific vehicle ! They don't know english well and the guy couldn't even fill out the receipt for me without help ! Had to drive to another location for the temporary plate ! 6 hours later I was locked out of my car because the key fob wasn't working smh ! I do not advice going to this shack of a dealership ! Not professional at all maybe someone should investigate there status !
