I had such a great experience getting my car fixed here! I expected to have to leave my car somewhere overnight but they had it fixed in a couple hours and the owner was very friendly! He showed me what was wrong with my car, the broken part, and made sure to show me that it was fixed. It was also very affordable. I'll definitely be back next time I need a repair. It's nice to know there's a good car repair shop in Hamtramck.
Don’t buy cars from this place. My brother bought a car from them about 2 months ago and straightaway started having problems. They didn’t want to know. Eventually they had a look and done a cowboy job, still not repaired but still charged me. They were very rude and do not stick to their word. Please stay away from this place.
The owner totally ripped us off by throwing emotional talks about bengali brotherhood. I will never ever buy cars from them again and will tell everyone to stay away from them. P.S. I have added this portion after getting a reply back from the owner: No, I am not talking about “Sylhet Motors” as they are one of the best in business. I have clearly talked about your business which is “Sylhet Auto Sales”.
I had a disappointing experience at Sylhet Auto Sales. Despite being told to wait for my car repair, I watched them prioritize others who arrived after me. After waiting patiently for hours, my car was still untouched. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my time is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services.
