Ive been working with Mr Sykes for about two years and the process has went pretty smoothly. It takes FOREVER when dealing with the USPTO and what he charges is very reasonable. He is helpful and easy to seal with and far more responsive to the other attorney I had in Pennsylvania who basically took my money and made me do all the let work. Patience is key!
I went to Mr. Sykes to start the patent process with great expectations only to be let down. Mr. Sykes charged me 750 dollars to do a patent search which he out sourced to a third party. When the search results came in a week or two later Mr. Sykes asked me if I thought any of the patents were similar and if I would be able to file.
