Danny Thomas of Sykes Plumbing was the highlight of my service call. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He too care of my leak coming into my basement from a failed hose bibb connection. It was located very close to my wet pipe sprinkler head. He used caution and completed the repair and left the work area clean. Mr. Thomas made paying the bill a little more tolerable. Will definitely use Sykes again in the future and request Danny Thomas.

A professional job flushing my tankless water heater by a qualified technician from a professional company. Very good job!!
Service was good as always. The problem was meeting the scheduled time. Never really had a problem before, this time my appointment was scheduled 0800-0900. I called a few times to check on the status and they were responsive after calling, but they didn't get to my house until 1300. Easy fix to clear the drain, but had some other appointments.
Excellent customer service.
