Amazing work, amazing workers and ownership.. Highly recommend… different from others and they care about the little things.
We contracted Sykes Landscaping to redo our back deck and patio and turn it into a raised patio and lower patio. We also wanted our front yard updated. Jeff Sykes Team is amazing from Pippa, the landscape architect, to Joanne, the horticulturalist and Peter, Site Supervisor and his build team. We had a substantial amount of upgrades done to our home in Old Town Niagara on the Lake in 2023. The work done by Sykes Landscaping that fall was the largest investment; and it turned out beyond our expectations. It was a very stressful time for us, but our experience with Sykes was really pleasant. You could tell the team genuinely cared that we were happy, even more than a year after completion (thanks Pippa and Joanne!). We had Sykes Landscaping design and build new steps, walkway and gardens around an home addition in rear yard. Pippa, their designer came up with a great design and worked with Jeff and us to tweak it. The Sykes crew arrived when scheduled. They were all extremely hard working and very polite and respectful. The job was finished on time and on budget. We are very pleased and would recommend Sykes Landscaping.
