My experience with Sykes has been a very unpleasant one. The admin was very dismissive and unprofessional which made it difficult for one to communicate concerns. Not only were they dismissive I observed several unethical practices that did not fall in the standards expected in ABA therapy. This is a toxic culture where employees are treated poorly. Very pleased with staff and services they provide. I have learned a lot and how to give my child the support they need. Mrs. Sykes teaches from experience, this is not just a business. I use what I’ve learned in my everyday life as a parent, and I spread the knowledge. She has other locations for convenience. Great place to bring your children who may be facing Autism or other developmental delays.
