Tried to order a sausage biscuit at the farmers market but they were out of biscuits. So I ordered the sausage on toast instead. Way too much butter on the toast. Fingers were covered in grease. For $8 it was not worth it. Service was quick though.
Tried this out today at the farmers market, got a sausage biscuit. It was really good! Seemed to have a lot of butter on the top though, and they were pretty slow, but it was still worth it, pretty good, I'll try to come back with my brothers

SYI Express Cafe serves a rotating menu of basics from a steamtable in a sort of "food hall" along with three other vendors. The food is good if occassionally too salty. They serve lunch M-F and breakfast on Saturday while the Farmers Market is on. As SYI relies on the nearby state office workers for their business they are NOT open on state holidays.
