No Return customer Having lived in the Gainesville area for over 20 years, I often bought my plants and landscape materials at Syfan. As of lately ( past year or so), I have found the customer service provided by their employees less than pleasing. On several occasions I have stopped by to ask about a particualr bush I wished to plant in my yard. Great experience After reading Sharon S review of Syfan's, I would like to share my experiences as well. Syfan's has landscaped two homes for me. Each job was beautifully designed by their landscape architect and implemented in a very professional manner by the installation crew. I have found the staff at the garden center goes that extra mile to help in any way they can and all are most knowledgeable. I have had nothing but good experiences in my dealings with Syfans.
My tree is dying... My daughter bought a beautiful, large tree from Syfan Landscape Center and gave it to me for my birthday. I called them to make arrangements for them to come plant the tree as I'm 76 and physically can't plant it myself. I was told someone would call me...no one did. So, I called again and was told my daughter (who lives in South Carolina) bought the tree, she would have to call to schedule the planting...she did...no one showed.
