We came across Syeta Jewels online and were initially wary. However, Smita met us personally and explained the whole process. The prices are extremely competitive too! Once we finalized the ring design, we received the CAD within a few days. The ring took a few weeks to manufacture & ship, but when we received the video of the ring, it looked perfect! Smita made the whole process smooth. We'll be getting more jewellery from Smita 🥳
A wonderful shopping experience with Smita and Sumit. The answered all my questions about the authenticity of the diamond and ring I purchased. Honestly, I was skeptical at first as I have never purchased a lab diamond or any jewellery online before. They were both very courteous and patient with me to give me peace of mind on my purchase. All the paperwork and certificates are authentic as I had a gemologist check and very every detail. I plan to purchase more jewellery in the future Vicente Mabanta
