We came across Syeta Jewels online and were initially wary. However, Smita met us personally and explained the whole process. The prices are extremely competitive too! Once we finalized the ring design, we received the CAD within a few days. The ring took a few weeks to manufacture & ship, but when we received the video of the ring, it looked perfect! Smita made the whole process smooth. We'll be getting more jewellery from Smita 🥳

Best experience I have ever had making a jewelry purchase. No pressure tactics and willing to show you options to meet your expectations and budget. Without a store front I was very very hesitant and careful. Syeta exceeded my expectations and the process made me feel safe and confident they would deliver what they promised. A wonderful shopping experience with Smita and Sumit. The answered all my questions about the authenticity of the diamond and ring I purchased. Honestly, I was skeptical at first as I have never purchased a lab diamond or any jewellery online before. They were both very courteous and patient with me to give me peace of mind on my purchase. All the paperwork and certificates are authentic as I had a gemologist check and very every detail. I plan to purchase more jewellery in the future Vicente Mabanta
Smita is a very professional and very time acommodating. Her responses are very prompt, she is very flexible, very polite, and very thoughtful of updates on the making of the ring. Most importantly, The ring arrived earlier than requested, she made sure it arrives on time. The ring is magnificent! Very sparkly and very clear, it was made the way I wanted it to be. Super highly recommend her especially for those who are wanting a very affordable but very pretty lab diamond ring!
