The staff for Dr Syed needs a class in kindness. Every time I had to call for an appointment I have had to deal with ignorance.. I am in my 50’s can’t imagine someone older haven’t to be spoken to in that matter.
Just finished my first visit with Dr. Syed. What a pleasant man. He listened intently to my concerns, asked me the important questions and answered my questions completely. His receptionist is so efficient and handled a full waiting room in such a manner that you knew not to mess with her but she's sweet enough that you wouldn't want to. My hearing test was handled by a women who made me feel completely at ease. Great doctor the only thing is had to call 3 days now to great my prescription sent to the drug store and its still not there 🤷♀️
