Dr Syed Zaida was assigned to me as my primary doctor during a recent stay @ Brandon Hospital. He's incredible!!! He made sure all my meds were given to me when some were missing on my chart. He is very nice & listens to his patients. The nurses at Brandon Hospital said, he's fantastic because he always responds whenever they send requests to him!!! I appreciate a doctor who listens and is readily available for his patients !!!
Worst experience working with this doctor the communication he had with his staff and nurses and me were horrible. He was about to discharge me with no prescription,his nurses put in the wrong address to send the medicine over ...Then he proceeds to call me back after I waited 3 hrs after my discharge for my prescription and threthens me over the phone saying if I don't like the service do a survey etc...I am looking into speaking with his superior over this. I feel no patient should have to go through this.
