I gave Dr Naqvi tons of referrals even supported other drs in vetting him. Very disappointed to report in the 2 years or so I’ve been his patient he has been a FANTASTIC Dr but his office staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. My father was a physician and I’ve worked in Dr offices so I have experience. They don’t answer the phones. Their VA is the best thing that happened to their practice. Again the Dr is fantastic very well trained and spends time with patients but seems to have gotten a little too greedy. At my last appt we ... read more
Dr. Naqvi may be experienced, but his office is extremely disorganized. The front desk is nearly impossible to reach—maybe 1 in 10 calls go through—which once led to me running out of medication for almost a month over the holidays. Due to administrative errors, I was charged for a wasted visit when no one checked if my blood test results had arrived.
