Unprofessional Office personnel. I’m on the phone explaining the situation to one person and another older woman takes the phone and is extremely snappy. The first girl was just impatient and not readily available to listen. So rude. I’m sure the doctor is lovely but front desk is not.
My blood test was taken, a little over a week I initiated a call to see if the results have arrived. According to Wellspire's office, the result has been received but Shahid hasn't read it. The following day I called to ask if he has read it, I was told Shahid is out and won't return til the following Monday. If I have to wait for him to return to his office HOPING to receive a call from him it would be exactly two weeks from the time I took the blood test. Horrible communication. My 1st vist was deplorable. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope my last experience was a fluke so I went again today. Nope, still very unprofessional blaming the miscommunication on me. DO NOT GO HERE
