Don't like this place anymore, they used to have a GREAT doctor but she quit. Ever since it's gotten worse here; wait times are over an hour, telehealth has been stopped, requiring people to come in just for the doctor to say "okay your test was clean", and the male doctor doesn't really stay to talk to you, leaves as soon as he can. And now he's requiring me to visit every 3 months for "health safety reasons," and "it's a rule at his clinic." I used to only need to visit once a year and it was great. Daughter went to this Doctor because ER said to see OB/Gyn doctor. This doctor did not listen at all and basically just in a hurry to send patient away. Daughter tried to tell the doctor what ER Doctor said. This doctor did not do anything at all.
I strongly do not recommend Dr. Syed Rizvi at Valley OB. I have been struggling with irregular periods every six weeks and unexplained weight gain for the past 6–7 months, despite eating well and exercising. During this time, I underwent extensive testing, including blood work, ultrasound, and a Pap smear—all of which came back normal except for a cyst. Dr. Rizvi has been following up diligently with my health issues. He has been able to see me several times this year. The front desk has been kind to me as well. I am happy with this office.
Worst experience I had at my appointment today. I ran out in tears. The dr does not explain anything to you in detail. He just tells you what to do but doesn't explain why. I asked him what hospital do I go to if I go into labor and he walked out and told me to scan a QR code which I did. And I sat back in the room, then he came back and said "did you scan it?
