I strongly do not recommend Dr. Syed Rizvi at Valley OB. I have been struggling with irregular periods every six weeks and unexplained weight gain for the past 6–7 months, despite eating well and exercising. During this time, I underwent extensive testing, including blood work, ultrasound, and a Pap smear—all of which came back normal except for a cyst. Dr. Rizvi has been following up diligently with my health issues. He has been able to see me several times this year. The front desk has been kind to me as well. I am happy with this office.
Worst experience I had at my appointment today. I ran out in tears. The dr does not explain anything to you in detail. He just tells you what to do but doesn't explain why. I asked him what hospital do I go to if I go into labor and he walked out and told me to scan a QR code which I did. And I sat back in the room, then he came back and said "did you scan it? First time I went the doors were locked at my appointment time and I was in line with 4 other women ahead of me waiting for the doors to open. The third time I was to receive test results that they didn’t have yet so I rescheduled, wasted an hour drive there and back. The fourth time I saw a woman with her small child go into the back. Other patient was upset and voiced she wasn’t returning because she couldn’t bring her kids while they made an exception for that woman. What a joke. Can’t get ahold of this place to even schedule/reschedule and when you do, they cancel without notice. Save your time and find somewhere better
