Syed Professional Services mishandled my immigration case from the beginning. They delayed filing my paperwork for 3–4 weeks and then assigned it to someone inexperienced. That person submitted only four wedding photos and failed to include the date and location on the pictures, which caused my case to be delayed and resulted in an RFE (Request for Evidence).
