Absolutely Horrible Service, Unprofessional and Irresponsible I am beyond disgusted by the absolute nightmare we’ve experienced with this tax service. It is 2025, and I am still trying to figure out what they actually did with our 2019 business taxes. To say this situation is frustrating would be an understatement. They charge a lot for filing and act like they’re so “fancy” yet their secretaries have no idea what they’re doing, don’t listen to your question, and just put u on hold so u can repeat the same question multiple times
