I called and scheduled my appointment with this clinic, 3 weeks after I scheduled it, I get a call from the office and was told that the urologist no longer is accepting appointments after 3 o'clock and has transferred to another location (in Sunnyvale). So therefore I would have to reschedule. My appointment should have been honored since the decision to relocate was well after my appointment was scheduled. But you instead decided to cancel my appointment. Obviously my health isn't as important to you is it is to me.
