I had a very thorough appointment, he explained and asked a lot of questions to figure out my condition. He returned my call and called me first thing with my results. Staff was nice as well. I recommend him as a doctor and his office.
He does not return phone calls...he seems reluctant to hear me out and then ignores my perceptions...he has been both rude and abrupt...my condition needs a well versed professional which this doctor is not...he has also been rude to my other healthcare professionals...his personality is sorely lacking...look elsewhere!
I like Dr. Munzir's attitude toward patients. He treats me like I know something and always listens carefully to me, and is very kind and takes his time with me when ever I visit

Dr Munzir is a wonderful physician with a great reputation. His office staff however are terrible. Basically in a nut shell, I was told they are too understaffed to check on approvals on tests from insurance companies. I have been waiting over 30 days to get approval for a test. I called the insurance and they said it should only take two days for approval. The office lady said they sent the request in, and would resubmit.
