I have enjoyed working with Dr. Syed Hasnain. And I would recommend him. His star rating would be 4.5. However his office staff point person is unqualified for do this job. Since being hired, she has managed to largely be unhelpful, unconcerned, and unable to sort the problem/need to aid the DR to arrive a correct solution. She's gotten almost every request wrong, she isn't able to explain to the dr. the true 'need' so the correct outcome can even by reached. This causes multiple calls to get a simple resolution.
