He makes you wait for over an hour each visit, doesn't listen to you and you leave feeling way worse than when you went in.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Receptionist at front desk took my copay and didn't give me a receipt. When I went for my next appointment she said I owed her $40 for the last time she said she didn't make mistakes. The doctor is old and needs to retire. Will never return and wish I could find the young lady who left his practice to go on her own.
This man has repeatedly called me "Kylie" despite being corrected. This has happened over multiple visits. The last time, he tried to tell me my name was spelled wrong. I spelled K-Y-L-E for him and then pronounced it, telling him there was not an "I" in my name anywhere and he wanted to argue with me about it. If he can't read the screen with as close as he gets, I'm concerned for how he drives down daily from Apex safely. I should’ve left a long time ago. My last appointment I was in tears. Worst 2 years going there. Run don’t walk.
Dr.Rizi has very unacceptable bedside manners, he has made me feel worse about myself when seeking help. I would contemplate on going to my appointment because of his criticism. at my appointments time he would have me wait for more then 45 min in the room till he would walk in
