A 3 only because it's been decades. I've learned so much since. His only concern was pushing birth control on me at 15. When my A1Cs were high he said I should do more exercise. I was up to 3 hours per day. Rebounding constantly. I hope he's learned better. He and other doctors like him have led to my complications. I hope they all have learned better since the 90s. Do your research!
