The Dr seems great. There was a disconnect between the practice and what they had access to from other networks via mychart. The people on the phone, they had access to my Penn Mychart. The onsite people didn't believe me and even claimed they didn't when they were able to pull up my sleep test. MyChart while not Virtuas issue is pretty useless if other systems can't view your information with your approval. My other issue is they seem to have a required provider for new sleep studies, which is wrong on so many levels.
The chance for a cancer-free future is priceless. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Syed Riaz and the nurses at Virtua Pulmonary for their guidance and continuing care. Dr. Riaz was respectfully aggressive and treatment proactive at the most critical time. Dr. Riaz set a rapid pace for analysis and intervention.
