I had issues with a sewer line back up and had two other companies also evaluate. Both of them tried to sell me the moon and were dishonest. Syd evaluated the issue and even told me it is not broken and not an urgent fix, and I had an estimate for repairs if I choose to do it now, within an hour. I highly recommend Syd’s!!!
Not all plumbers will do sewer pipe repair, and Syd’s was recommended to me by another plumber. My issue was not an emergency, but Mike came out the next day at exactly the agreed time and proceeded to fix my problem on the spot. I thought I would be getting an estimate for work that would possibly tear up my house and yard and cost thousands of dollars, but Mike was able to evaluate the situation (an old cast iron pipe that was allowing sewer smell into the house) and install new connections that quickly solved the problem.... read more
