just received a late fee, for the second time now, for utility charges that werent billed by the first but are somehow due before they were billed? tired of this.
I am hoping that my review will call attention both to Pierce Arrow/Sydnor Flats and to the prospective tenants of this building. I have filed multiple complaints and maintenance requests to no avail. My AC has been out for over two weeks in the hottest weather of the year. I filed my initial complaint over two weeks ago, and after my building experienced another one of our mid-summer “scheduled” A/C outages on the 18th of this month - my maintenance request was marked as fulfilled (or that my AC was fixed and back on)... it... read more
This company is so unprofessional. I have waited 90 for the deposit and every day I call it’s a different excuse with no answer. They do not call back like promised and always say the manager is in a meeting . While they forget to put u on hold and you hear the whole convo. No one there knows what is going on . I have even emailed corporate and no reply . Next will be the pics and back up info .
Loved living here! The leasing office was always helpful, quick to respond, and very friendly. I never had problems with my neighbors in terms of noise or anything. My apartment was absolutely gorgeous with huge windows, high ceilings, and beautiful hardwood floors. I also appreciated only having to pay $50 a month for internet! Great place to live especially if you are a pet owner and/or a student
