Very disappointed with the unethical property management here. They are attempting to claim my entire rental bond using a falsified cleaning invoice from 'Kleen Star'. The invoice charged $715 for 11 hours of cleaning for a tiny 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. However, independent building CCTV footage proves that only 2 cleaners were on-site for 2.5 hours. We leased the property from Sydney Slice for over 3 years before moving interstate. Over the three years of being a tenant, Sydney Slice were great to deal with. Any issues or queries we had they handled them straight away and always very pleasant to deal with. Property managers don’t often get the recognition they deserve, but Sydney Slice made the experience easy and stress-free. I would happily deal with them again in the future and highly recommend their services.

Disappointed – Not Worth the 1.7% Fee After my experience with Sydney Slice, I can honestly say I would never use a buyer's agent again. I paid 1.7% expecting professional guidance and advocacy, but when it really mattered — like during due diligence and a serious issue with the hot water system — I felt completely unsupported. Have had a couple of Eastern Suburbs properties managed by Sydney Slice for last couple of years having moved from another agent. Very happy with professional service offered by Cath Donnan and Sarah Stergiotis. Good to have the expertise offered by managing agents who as well as being personable and pleasant to work with, know the market well and focus on the leasing side of the real estate business providing continuity for us as owners.
