Disappointed – Not Worth the 1.7% Fee After my experience with Sydney Slice, I can honestly say I would never use a buyer's agent again. I paid 1.7% expecting professional guidance and advocacy, but when it really mattered — like during due diligence and a serious issue with the hot water system — I felt completely unsupported. We recently moved from another country and since then we have had great and prompt assistance from agents and staff with all matters, specially by Madison Quail who kindly and very responsive assisted us in a particular issue.
Have had a couple of Eastern Suburbs properties managed by Sydney Slice for last couple of years having moved from another agent. Very happy with professional service offered by Cath Donnan and Sarah Stergiotis. Good to have the expertise offered by managing agents who as well as being personable and pleasant to work with, know the market well and focus on the leasing side of the real estate business providing continuity for us as owners.
Sarah and Cath did a wonderful job helping us with a smooth transition from our home in Perth to our new apartment in Rose Bay. Thanks to their work, it was a very smooth process, and we are grateful for Sarah negotiating our requirements as tenants alongside those of the owner.
