“Stressed” by my Stressless chair order that I placed with the Alexandria store in June 2023. Delivery was estimated to be in October 2023. I have chased Sydneyside Alexandria repeatedly since October and every time I email them, I have to also follow up with a call because they never respond. When I have managed to speak to someone over the phone, I am told that they will contact me when it arrives to their store. Very unreasonable after sales. Sold me a faulty Stressless chair. Arrived with problem with the back, and not willing to replace. They sent me to the manufacturer for repair and i will be getting a brand new repaired chair!
Totally disgusting customer services when I rang. The woman that answered shouldn't be allowed the phone.
