If this is the business in Beecroft Plaza, I feel sorry for anyone who uses them. As soon as you resist spending any money, the owner will just walk away. $3,000 for a 2nd hand pool cleaning robot or $90 at Swimart for 2 new parts!

The order arrived promptly. The order was incorrect. No responce to emails or phone calls to resolve this issue. I have contacted the local pool shop associated with the retailer . I hope this will resolve the issue. Will not use the online version again No after sales service at all they disappear and no replies are received to any communication
