The most unprofessional and unethical property managers I have ever dealt with! Upon leasing a residence and moving in there was no hot water, windows not closing, washing machine broken and an infestation issue! With matters of such urgency, you would believe that it would be elevated to the highest priority. IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD I will name the agent and attach photo evidence now. I leased a room in a shared accommodation for less than 12 months I was escaping domestic violence and had to seek direct refuge. After giving my notice they begun to conduct inspections whilst I wasnt living there fulltime and every time ( 3 inspections a week) and every single time I returned to the part time property as I did not live there fulltime all the lights where left on by the agent and even the fan in my kitchen.
