I have used Sydney Woodworkers for external and internal doors and a gate in three different renovations, the most recent of which is in rural NSW. I have always dealt with Jane Coleman who could not be more helpful not just with the design and quoting for the doors but also with helping me find someone who could deliver the doors to me in the central west. We are really happy with the 3 windows we bought from Sydney Woodworkers to go in our lounge and sun rooms (2 sliding and one casement). They look wonderful and fit in perfectly with our house. We bought standard sizes, and one window had extra slats added to make the 3 match. They are well made - including joinery, sliding mechanism (so smooth!) and hardware. Customer service was also helpful and very responsive.

Not even One star deserves. Terrible Customer service and attitude to PAYING Customer. I ordered 2 victorian door from them. it took around 6 weeks. Jane who communicated with me was not really good communicator. When I asked her how to pick up, she said full paid amount was needed to show prior pick up so I asked for Full paid invoices so I waited after I paid. No update was made for 4 days. when I asked again after 4 days later, she said it was ok to pick up. when finally, there to pick up, the door had bit of damage. No o... read more
