Sydney is the best blonding specialist in Rochester, hands down!!! She single handedly convinced me to lighten my hair after years of being terrified of bleach, and I haven't gone back since. Not only does she have an amazing eye for tone, but she gave me a beautiful, shaggy face framing cut as well. Amazing, 10/10 experience. She is incredibly flexible and receptive to her clients concerns.
