Very rude and unprofessional
Unprofessional Work, they don't do the job correctly. They still charge even if the job is not being finished, and if I talk about the customer service they are very rude not helpful. They need to work on their attitude more. I don't know how people they go to them.
The worst customer service they do not have stable prices at all over the phone they provide prices and after they comes they request different price.
They need more training on how to deal with customers they are so rude. My car didn’t pass the PinkSlip just because a small crack on the tilelight and 1 numberplate light wasn’t working “He is a mobile mechanic and does NOT have lights in the van where he can easily replace it”. Having lights in the in the van as a mechanic is the bare minimum a mechanic should have and ready to go. Instead he made me pay him $168.14 for just him coming and looking at the car.
