We hired an inspector from building services Sydney to inspect our new property, trusting that we would get a thorough and professional assessment. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. As the secretary of a strata committee of 48 units for over 23 years I have dealt with many trades people. I always try to have Kiri and his Sydneywide team attend problems in our building which have ranged from roof waterproofing and fire door installation, to small jobs like a corridor light problem. Always prompt attendance, fair quotes, expert trades workers, and friendly service. Kiri has made himself available to attend a strata meetings to explain a complex jobs. How so refreshing to deal with a bunch of professionals that have a great attitude, very high care factor and "can do" approach to work they undertake. Communication with the Strata Committee and all of the residents is fantastic. Always looking for the best solution while keeping budget in mind. No corner cutting to save a $$ but no cheap solutions either just to get the job.
