The team at Sydney Urology Group demonstrated exceptional care and empathy throughout my experience. In the past, I’ve often felt misunderstood or dismissed, but Dr Niki Jeffery approached my concerns with genuine compassion and understanding. I’d also like to extend a special thank you to their practice manager, Mel, whose helpfulness and warm demeanour made every interaction a pleasure.

My experience at this practice was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of both the reception staff and Dr. Nicola Jeffery. Upon arrival, I was made to wait for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. After 40 minutes, I politely inquired whether it would be best to reschedule, but the receptionist responded with hostility and frustration.
