Fred is great, easy to deal with and his team did a great job. They removed old the el cheapo lawn that came with the house, prepared the site, installed irrigation and new lawn for both front and back of the house.. Fred answered all the questions I had swiftly and communicated any minor challenges which we agreed on as appropriate solutions.. Thanks again!
