This was the first time we engaged Sydney Staircase Builders for one of our projects as we’ve previously worked with other leading staircase companies. Adam and team built us an excellent staircase. Reasonably priced, great communication, delivered on time and we were given lots of options to customize to our preferences. Truly professional outfit and can’t recommend them highly enough.
I contacted this company via their on-line contact form to get a quote to replace an existing external staircase. Despite confirmation of the form submission I am still waiting for a response after more than 3 weeks. I have no idea as to the quality of work this company provides or how reasonably they price their work but their total disrespect to potential customers says a lot to me and the reason for the low rating. Good luck if you approach them.
Adam was super helpful, creative and professional with his attention to detail, amending our snapped wooden step! He also made a new metal plate large enough to support the broken step and welded it onto the existing staircase. He was very thoughtful and patient with our concerns along the way.
