I had a really poor experience with podiatrist Emily Smith. The consultation itself was fine, however there were serious issues with the invoice. My initial consultation should have cost $90, but I was charged an extra $135 for services I didn’t receive, totalling $225. I don’t know if this was an error by the receptionist or directed by Emily Smith, but either way it put me in an uncomfortable position, and it took months to get my money back. Hi everyone Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Emily's clinic was quite disappointing. My foot was scanned while I was lying down and only with a laptop to prepare a shoe insert, which I found inappropriate since orthotics are used while standing or walking, not lying down. In contrast, my physiotherapist did a more comprehensive and detailed scan while I was standing and identified several problems in my neck, back, left knee and right ankle - problems that Dr. Emily, without a proper examination, could not understand wh... read more
