I've been to this place 3 times, the last time for low testosterone levels, which affects my energy levels, confidence and depression. I supplied two blood test results from Australian medicare labs, both showing outside the normal Australian range of testosterone levels twice taken a month appart: This is the definition for "Hypogonadism" or Low Testosterone Levels. We had an appointment with Dr A.N. she seems nice at the beginning but after an hour she told us our kid can not do an activity for more than 5min, well he is 4 years old, you give be him rubiskube, activity book for olders than his age. At the end of the appointment she finished saying " it's been 1h30 we need to wrap it up!" . The result was we need to see an OT. Worst experience ever, my daughter had an appointment with the paediatrician A.N, I had never feel so uncomfortable, judged and sad. I had never met a doctor without empathy, in the first hour basically she point at my kid saying she has autism. After an hour there, I left sad and crying and without anything positive. after this appointment I took my kid with another professional.

Really great experience with my diagnosis and treatment. My doctor was lovely and thorough. The receptionist was delightful and helpful. Really grateful for the experience with the team. They also processed my medicare rebate and everything on the spot!
