Regarding my bonnet, Kieth has called me personally and I believe he is now doing his best to sort the problem out, He has explained everything and we both have had issues with communication, I am very happy with the options he has offered , and very pleased he has offered to sort everything out, I re iterate the issues were caused by communication issues , in that he was no receiving my photos and messages and I thought he was ghosting me, That was not the case.
Great service they have been having issues with the freight company and the company keeps telling stories but the owner keeped on their back and I received my parts tracking still shows it hasn't even left
Hi Mick with an update on my vs gear bought from SSV They ended up telling me not to contact them again except through solicitors etc. I have reported it to the ACCC and got the lawyer’s on to it 5.5 months now!!!!!
I bought a full kit for my VS 4 months ago, first it was lost in transport, they told me they made a new set and now can’t give me details on freight Still waiting, just a heap of rubbish Mick

Don't deal with this group. Customer service is terrible. i have been trying to get a straight answer out of somebody for over a 2 month over a rear spoiler that i had to put in a special order and they couldnt even get that right.. Everything is to hard for this group, always promising to get back to you and never do. Dont trust there transport company they only deliver bits at a time and then you have to call and get lied to. Really bad customer service and customer service. No one knows what is going on. If you run into trouble there will be no customer support for you ever. I bought an HSV style bumper for VE commodore and it came with no instructions or help to get the project finished. You can buy stuff from here but make sure you know what you are getting which is the most basic of fiberglass panels.
