I would like sing the praises of a new staff member Sofie Stubbs. Sofie was so helpful, she organised an urgent appointment for us. I had difficultly with working out emailing the referral, Sofie didn't give up on us, even on her day off, she left information with staff. We've already had the appointment now. So caring, so efficient, brilliant staff member
I have a great experience at this hospital at room 248. Thank you to Dr. Amitabha Das and his lovely team. He took the time to explain my treatment options, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and personally called my husband just after surgery. The nursing staff from level 2 especially Maya, Tamika, Zile, Annie and other nurses were incredibly compassionate, attentive and caring throughout my stay. I have attended the Angioplasty Dept at Sydney South West Hospital 3 times this year and each time I have found premises clean and well lit, staff are professional, friendly and caring. Nurses like Rebecca, Pratiba, Debbie and Lisa have always made me feel comfortable there. The theatre staff and Dr were very good as well. I felt very well looked after and thank you all for your care!!!
I had a very unpleasant experience today with the anaesthetic. experienced palpitations, shortness of breath, and felt extremely uncomfortable. When the anaesthetist injected the medication, I felt nausea, dizziness, and my head was spinning—a strange and unbearable sensation I have never experienced before. As I had previously informed them, and they can follow the previous information regarding my anaesthetic preferences.
