Unfortunately, the healthcare charter was not respected at Sydney Southwest Private Hospital. This observation has been consistent across my experience of private psychiatric facilities across Sydney. The right to issue a complaint or feedback without any threat of reprisal is the cornerstone of healthcare ethics, however, is scarcely respected or even acknowledged. I had day surgery at SSWPH this week. A big thank you and shout out to all staff from Admin, hotel services and food through to admissions, day surgery, theatre and recovery. Very good, friendly professional all way around..
I had to spend a total of 2 weeks here. The staff are so nice and the historical food a fantastic!
Very professional and kind. Rules are strictly followed which assures consistent monitoring and treating.
Had a few procedures here and cancer treatment. Staff do care and try thier very best, sometimes yes they are understaffed just like public. The many doctors I've seen here are great. Reception is always busy ...its a busy hospital they too try thier best and do a dam good job. I see too many reviews where people just whinge, just let them get on with it all.
