To give myself credibility, I am a biomedical engineer who specialises in ultrasonics, and I have been through the ringer with HORRIFIC sleep these last 3-5 years with incredible daytime fatigue. I had a fantastic experience with this sleep center. From the very beginning, the staff were kind, professional, and incredibly competent. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care possible. When my circumstances changed and I was further away from the center, they were flexible and accommodating, offering phone consultations where possible so that travel time didn’t become a barrier to my treatment. Dr Desai is a great doctor-understanding , thorough , clear explanations and friendly. All the staff-receptionists and technicians -are friendly and helpful .
