BE AWARE! I had a disappointing experience with this company. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my booking due to our dog becoming seriously unwell, and despite explaining the situation, they did not provide a refund. I found the customer service to be lacking in empathy and flexibility. This was a very bad experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone Still trying to get my money back from these people.
I booked one of the apartments through Airbnb. On the morning we were due to travel to Sydney, our family dog suddenly collapsed and we had to rush him to an emergency veterinary hospital. He is still admitted and is likely to remain there for several more days. Because of this medical emergency, we had no choice but to cancel our trip.
