$300 of our $1000 security deposit was deducted by this business claiming that we have only returned one of two sets of keys, whereas we took photos of two sets of keys when we returned them in the mailbox then scrambled the lock code. We have proof that the lock code was not changed for each set of new guests and anyone with the code can steal and/or copy keys (this is a grave security risk). Old dusty house and host CANNOT provide the keys after 5 pm! This place was the alternative place given by the air b n b who cancelled on us the day before our booking due to "plumbing issues". We were welcomed by a pair of male runners at the front door/dusty foyer. Creepy. We were told to come back after dinner! Waited for almost 2 hrs for our keys to no avail. Our group had to find last minute accommodation before dark. Customer service at it's worst. One star rating is very generous.

I would highly recommend this as overall experience was exceptional. Be it location. Facilities. Proximity to transport and malls. Support staff help. . It was amazing . Superb option if coming for a good family stay in Sydney.
