Andrew from the sales department and his manager made an exceptional effort to help me when I telephoned after 5:00pm. The most amazing service. I rang on a whim, hoping to sort my Bimma midway through a road trip. Alas, there was no solution ( Bimma fault), but the acknowledgement and service I received from Peter in the workshop and Andrew in the office was bloody humbling. Need to buy a better car now and take it to them!
