I just finished ordering a set of front struts for my AU Falcon absolutely awesome service from Andrew even though I hammered the poor bloke with emails, he answered every one of my questions and was quick to respond. I am yet to feel the improve of bilstien but I would highly recommend them.
Andrew from the sales department and his manager made an exceptional effort to help me when I telephoned after 5:00pm. Even though it was late in the day, the service and help I received was excellent and outstanding. I put the phone down feeling absolutely magic. Thank you and best regards to Bilstein Australia.
Contacted these guys interested in buying Bilstein shocks. Although I bought from somewhere else the sales representative I was in contact with Mark was very helpful and gave me all the details I needed for compatibility.
The most amazing service. I rang on a whim, hoping to sort my Bimma midway through a road trip. Alas, there was no solution ( Bimma fault), but the acknowledgement and service I received from Peter in the workshop and Andrew in the office was bloody humbling. Need to buy a better car now and take it to them!
