I guess Fergus was having a tough couple of days, but the man I met was far from professional and difficult to work with. Fergus was fantastic at replacing the sash cords that had been cut and rebalanced our sliding window. I'm really impressed with his attention to detail and communication. He showed up at the agreed time and got straight to it. Thank you for doing an awesome job Fergus!
