Strong winds (with torrential rain) and a falling branch that cracked one of our roof tiles. With water entering and running down an internal wall, I called and spoke to Jackson. He was driving past my house to another job so he stopped and had a quick look. Jackson sourced the tile and had it collected and installed within 2 hours. Needless to say, he’s now listed as a permanent contact! Thank you for such prompt and professional service, Jackson. I can’t recommend you highly enough.
