I attended the appointment with my father who has been suffering with Psoriasis his whole adult life. Had a wonderful experience with the Dr on our initial appointment. Expensive, although overall professional and positive. My father was unfit to attend the clinic on our second appointment (he has been in hospital and unwell) although when I phoned to re-book, the receptionist was extremely rude. Not cheap but symptoms of psoriasis cleared within months. Others seem to think it's just the diet working but at least it works. Can also vouch for the ointment and lotion I've been given. Before then I had tried various over the counter cream and home remedies with no success so I'm very happy with the results I've gotten after coming here.
Most disrespecful phone call I have EVER had. Amanda, you have serious issues and an enormous lack of sympathy. I was asking for some advice or recommendation to see someone that your clinic would trust as good skin specialkst on my area and you just told me “How would I know? I’m in Sydney, just GOOGLE IT!!”, “Maybe you just don’t have that, won’t ya?”. Wow, honestly, you should get fired.
Ever since I went to this place my allergies have gotten worse and I've started to have chronic hives. The lady was and still is not sure why but I can clearly say that its been the medicines ive taken from here. I dont recommend going here at all. Calling the doctor and advising them of the condition didn't seem to help either. They didn't seem to provide any real options and I stopped taking medication.
Not sure what the previous people's issues were, but I had really bad dermititis on my face before I was recommend by a friend to come here. I followed instructions and took all the recommend pills and my symptoms cleared up within a couple of weeks. The lady I saw, did talk about my diet and also proscribed natural pills. Not sure what else you would expect from a naturopath? My husband also saw her for psoriasis on his fingers and he tried everything else before coming here. Its now cleared up and has not returned.
