Paul's knowledge was such a help. He got back to me straight away and provided a price guide for my apartment. Unfortunately before I could go ahead with his services my bank provided me a copy of the valuation they had obtained. Would highly recommend Sydney Property Valuations.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Their valuation was approximately a whopping $400,000 greater than the 3 real estate valuations I received. They used 7 properties as sales comparisons, 6 of which were free standing homes when mine is a semi-detached. These free standing properties of course had much, much higher sales figures. Very impressed. I urgently needed a valuation of a property for Capital Gains Tax purposes. Paul visited the property on a Thursday and he had a 21 page report to me by lunchtime on Friday. Everything was perfect and the valuation was around what I expected. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this company.
