We rented a property through Catherine Saliba that was riddled with mould, dirt and even had dog faeces on the carpet when we moved in. Our experience with Catherine was the worst. We had to chase her for every little thing, and when the tenants left the property damaged — she didn’t even consult us before releasing the bond. If you’re looking for a reliable agent, save yourself the stress and go with someone else.
I had the delight of working with Elee over the past couple months as he was the agent selling a property I was looking at buying. He made the purchasing process straightforward and simple. I'm sure I was a pain to him (it is my first purchase) in asking and triple checking things, but he handled it a polite enough manner. Elee is now my agent as I am renting it out for the time being, I will update this review accordingly to our future business relationship!
