Wouldn't recommend them to my frigging animals ! Worse real estate I've ever experienced in 17 years of living out of home. Elee , Claire , Tina & Catherine avoid them all. Waiting for tribunal case to finish and I will be posting over 50 photos , videos and evidence that you just get ignored for 12 full months about shattered tiles in your kitchen WHILE pregnant & still no care. AVOID SPM AT ALL COSTS ! TRIBUNAL CASE COMING & WILL THEN UPLOAD IT ALL BUT FOR NOW DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS !
We rented a property through Catherine Saliba that was riddled with mould, dirt and even had dog faeces on the carpet when we moved in. Instead of rectifying these issues prior to us moving in, the agency simply noted them on the condition report and expected us to move into a filthy house. They were well aware of these issues and had ample time to rectify as per the date on the ingoing inspection vs move in date.
